How does FaxUp work?+
Scan or upload your document, enter the recipient's fax number and tap send. FaxUp delivers it over the fax network and shows you the status until it's delivered.
How much does it cost?+
One fax is $2.99. Credit packs bring the price down: 5 for $3.99, 10 for $5.99, 30 for $14.99, 50 for $24.99, 100 for $39.99. FaxUp Unlimited is $3.99/week, $11.99/month, $89.99/year. One credit sends one fax of any length.
Do credits expire? What if a fax fails?+
Credits never expire. If a fax can't be delivered, the credit it used goes back to your balance.
Can I use FaxUp on my computer?+
Yes. Go to faxup.net/send, upload a PDF and send it from your browser. Sign in with the same email you use in the app and your credits, plan and fax history are shared.
Do I need an account?+
No. You can send without signing up. Signing in with your email (we send you a 6-digit code, there's no password) keeps your credits safe and shared between your phone and the web.
Can I receive faxes?+
Yes, with a FaxUp Unlimited plan you get a dedicated fax number and incoming faxes arrive in the app.
How long does a fax take?+
Usually a few minutes. It depends on the length of the document and on the receiving fax machine.
